‘DAYO ADEBAYO, FCIA
He has been in the auctioneering business for close to two decades; his firm Real Estate Derivatives, packaged one of the most successful sale of forfeited real estate assets for the Federal Government of Nigeria through one of its agencies. Another of his firms, Main Auction House has either by itself or in partnership with other firms sold several art works, equipment, office furniture, cars and personal items for several private and corporate clients. He is also a contract Auctioneer. He is the Dean of The Auction School. He was the immediate past Secretary General of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria, Lagos State Chapter. He is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria and a Licensed Auctioneer. He attended several professional courses both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria on the practice of auctioneering amongst which are the International Auctioneers Master Class in Birmingham, United Kingdom and Advanced Property & Chattels Auctions both organized by National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), the largest body of auctioneers in United Kingdom. He is on the Certified Auctioneers Institute (CAI) course organized by the National Auctioneers Association (NAA), USA at the University of Indiana, Bloomington, USA; which is the highest level of professional training for Auctioneers worldwide. He facilitates at several trainings on auctioneering and he is a regular trainer for the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria. He was the Keynote Speaker for the 2018 Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria Seminar held in Lagos State. He has conducted several auctions in many states of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. ‘Dayo has a Masters of Law Degree (LL.M) with Distinction from University of Cumbria, United Kingdom. He is a graduate of Law (LL.B) from Obafemi Awolowo University, Osun State, Nigeria and Partner in the firm of ADEBAYO & ADEBAYO (Legal Practitioners). He will bring his vast experience to bear in the training of many of the courses offered by The Auction School such as: the auction law, sale terms and conditions, auctioneer chant, professional ethics and the business of auctioneering among others.

DR. JOGUN ONABANJO, FCIA
Dr. Onabanjo is the Executive Chairman of United Auction House Limited and Real Energy Auction House Limited based in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a Fellow of Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria and was the immediate past Chairman of the Lagos Branch of the body. He was reputed to have sold a 1950 vintage fender telecaster guitar owned by the legendary King Sunny Ade, one of Africa’s leading musicians for the sum of N51.1m in about 20 minutes. He is a Contract Auctioneer for Cars45 Limited. He attended several professional courses both in Nigeria and outside Nigeria on the practice of auctioneering amongst which are the International Auctioneers Master Class in Birmingham, United Kingdom organized by National Association of Valuers and Auctioneers (NAVA), the largest body of auctioneers in United Kingdom and the National Association of Auctioneers (NAA) training on Benefit/Charity Auction in the United States. DR. JOGUN ONABANJO, FCIA

SAMSON AGBATO, FCIA
Samson Agbato is the Senior Partner, Samson Agbato Consulting (Estate Surveyors and Valuers). He is a graduate of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife, Osun State where he obtained B.Sc. (Hons), and M.Sc. in Estate Management in 1997 and 2006 respectively. He is currently undergoing his PhD at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile- Ife. Samson commenced his professional career with the firm of Fola Oyekan and Associates, before his secondment to Sustainable Land Development Consultants (SLDC) where he rose to become Principal Estate Surveyor. Samson is a Fellow, the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS); Member, Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS); and immediate past Chairman, Faculty of Plant and Equipment Valuation of NIESV. He is a Senior Lecturer and past Head of Department, Estate Management & Valuation, Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun State (2014-2018). A Director at Reals Academy, and Paul Harris Fellow of Rotary Foundation. He is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria with many years of auction practice experience. He will bring his experience to bear in asset appraisal and valuation amongst many other topics.

SAMSON AGBATO, FCIA

Mr. Agoro is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria, a member of the National Auctioneers Association, USA and a graduate of Estate Management at University of Lagos, Akoka, Lagos State. He is a Benefit/Charity Auctioneer (BA) (USA). He is an Associate of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS), a member of Registered Chartered Surveyors and Valuers (RSV) and a Certified Business Development Analyst amongst others. She has a rich experience in Trading, Banking, Real Estate Agency and Law. She was at various times the Deputy Head of Chambers of Femi Atoyebi & Co., Head, Assets Trading and Intermediation and Head, Business Development and Corporate Services of Associated Discount House Limited. She is a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria, Associate Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, UK; member of Association of Estate Agents of Nigeria and member of the Nigerian Bar Association. She shares her wealth of experience with students on real estate auctions, auction preparation, auction participation and auction law.
