To encourage those that cannot run a straight 2-week course because of their busy schedule or tight finances, we have repackaged the Basic Auctioneering Course into two parts; that is, Part One and Part Two, which runs for 5 working days each and about 40 hours of classes each. Below is a brief outline of our curriculum for the Certificate Course:

Our Certificate Course in Auctioneering is for 10 working days; 80 hours minimum course of in-depth lectures, practical work and chanting drills. It provides our graduates with the tools they need to be great Auctioneers. Below is a brief outline of our curriculum for the Certificate Course:

Our Advanced Certificate Course in Auctioneering is a 5- day course of learning the business of Auctioneering leading to the setting up of an auction business or an Auction House. The students will take the compulsory course and choose any two (2) of the following elective courses to study during the duration of the 5 days.

LENGTH OF TERM
The Auction School term for full time study is two weeks (10 working days) for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering and classes start on a Monday of each session. The course is usually intensive and all the students get a chance at bid chanting and also submit a group assignment.
The classes start at 10am each day and ends at 3pm. There is a tea break for 30 minutes and one hour for lunch break each day. There may also a 10 minutes break for every 2 hours.
Our courses have been packaged in such a manner that they are very interactive and interesting to the students. Our trainers are seasoned professionals who have mastered the art of engaging the students and making them get the best out of the course. Students will receive about 80 hours of intense auctioneering instruction and training for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering.
The Auction School term for part time study is 6 weekends (Saturday & Sunday Afternoons) for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering and classes start on at 9am on Saturday (12 noon on Sundays) and ends at 5pm. There is a tea break for 30 minutes and one hour for lunch break during each daily session. There may also be 10 minutes break every 2 hours.
The curriculum for the part time study is the same as that of the full time study for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering.
SATISFACTORY PROGRESS AND CERTIFICATE
The students will be graded using several parameters including: attendance, presentation, conduct, participation in class, teamwork, ability to sell and overall comprehension of the course.
A mid-course assessment will be conducted after the first week (or after 5 days of training) and another conducted in the last week (or last 5 days of training).
A student must perform satisfactorily in all parameters of assessment before he/she can be issued with a certificate of course completion.
TUITION AND FINANCING
The total cost for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering (Basic 1) is ₦120,000 (It includes the registration fee of N10,000, cost of materials, tea break and lunch for each day).
The total cost for the Certificate Course in Auctioneering (Full Course) is ₦240,000 (It includes the registration fee of N10,000, cost of materials, tea break and lunch for each day).
The total cost for the Advanced Certificate Course in Auctioneering (Part Time) is not currently available.
The tuition can be paid twice; however, the second payment must be made at least 3 days to the commencement of the training for the session registered for by the candidate.
We accept cheques and money transfers can be made to our account. We do not have a policy for financing tuition fees and presently we do not give scholarships to students whether partly or fully.
